A Bit Beyond Walking Distance

My eyes set their gaze towards West Dallas while looking through a map for new parks to walk through. Now, I know West Dallas is more than a twenty minute walk, which is beyond the 20 minute rule I set for myself for a lunch break. However, I decided that adding travel by car will allow me a greater opportunity to see much more of Dallas in a short time span.

The problem: Paying twice for parking.

The solution: Deal with it as seeing new sights is more important.

I have set my sites at three different parks primarily due to the fact that I like taking in the architectural design and imaginative process in its final form. Taking in these sights doesn't give me ideas per say, as my profession isn't in design, however, it may allow me to be more creative in the writing and SEO process. Only time will tell.

As a secondary idea, I am currently working on an article on my Medium profile in regards to creating a partnership with other workers in Dallas that like to take walks near them for the benefits it can provide. In a nutshell though, by working together, a group of walkers can cover Dallas and in result document parks, attractions, museums, restaurants, and much more in an attempt to spread awareness of what there is to see in our area.

The Parks I'm Considering:

I spotted three parks that I may want to travel to in the next few days. They are Tipton Park, Kingsbridge Park, and Fish Trap Lake Park. Back when I used to do deliveries, a gentleman told me that I can go fishing at Fish Trap Lake Park, but due to time constraints I'll have to settle for relaxing near a body of water when I get the chance. Kingsbridge Park gets me a tad bit excited because of the grassy fields available in a large enough distance that I can daydream creative solutions without distractions. Tipton park also has enough trees to have the same effect on me.

Here's a shot I found online on Fish Trap Lake Park:

Here's a quick map as to the first spot I'll be considering. Wish me good luck in any traffic situation.

Remember, all of my trips begin at the Kelley Law Firm as that's where I'm currently working. I may occasionally travel from my home to an area of Dallas, but I want to keep every place I see close to work. The reason being that I want to test and see if I can have more creativity in my work if I visit points of interest while on lunch.
